Really two buildings in one.  The juxtaposition of the seemingly incongruent, random, curvilinear shapes of the architectural shell with the ethereal auditory beauty of the acoustics in the inner sanctum (symphony hall) is stunning.  A rich, one-of-a-kind experience for the eyes and ears.

We had the good fortune of hearing the supremely talented Simon Bolivar Symphony Orchestra of Venezuela perform in the space. Here they are performing in Paris…
